Admission fee per Apartment = €50,00 incl. VAT (uniquely)

Laundry service
(1pillow+1bed linen+1 big towel+
1 small towel + 1 tea towel) = €5,00 per package incl. VAT

End cleaning of the apartment = €0,75 per square metre
(incl. VAT & transport)

Caretaker service = €25,00 per hour
(incl. VAT & transport)

Spring cleaning = upon request
Window cleaning = upon request

Key service = Free
Ticket service = Free

If you need your apartment for yourself or if you have private guests, then you have to inform the “Berolina Apartments”-agency immediately. This is necessary to avoid that the apartment is reserved for different guests at the same dates.

The owner of the apartment commits himself that extra keys will be made for all of those doors which shall be used by the guests. These keys will be paid by the owner and given to the “Berolina Apartments”-agency.

We will invoice you on a monthly basis. All invoices are payable within 15 days.
